The Hospitality Village

We are delighted to be once again offering hospitality in the official Royal & Ancient hospitality village, situated on-course adjacent to the eighth fairway. Not only does the hospitality village provide excellent access to the course, it also enables us to be extremely flexible with timings on the day and to look after our clients in the way to which they are used.

The Service

We can provide private tables for ten in shared chalets, or private chalets for thirty or more guests. We will supply table placecards displaying your company motif in colour and the name of each guest. We will also send you itineraries and menus bearing your motif for onward transmission to your guests. Our site staff and hostesses are in attendance throughout the day to ensure that everyone is well looked after.

Structuring the Event

Please refer to the schedule page; wherever possible we are happy to tailor all timings to suit your requirements. The nature of the event allows a great deal of flexibility regarding how structured or informal you want things to be.
