A Brief Introduction & Fixture List

After the excitement of England retaining The Ashes in Australia, this year sees two very entertaining sides coming to play in this country.

England start the summer with three Tests against Sri Lanka, who are renowned for their attacking approach to the game, whether they are playing a Test or a One Day International.

After a Twenty20 match, there is then a five match ODI series between the sides as well.

There is then a four Test series against India, currently the number one ranked Test nation in the world. The same pattern follows, with a Twenty20 and a five match ODI series between the teams, giving cricket lovers an excellent full summer of international cricket.
